Can I just book a flight and claim the credit?
No. The free flight credit only applies when you book a full eligible package. Flights on their own aren't included in this offer. You'll need to book Alice Springs accommodation, touring and an attraction together to qualify.
Can I book my own flight and get the subsidy/credit for it?
No – you can't book your flight independently and then claim the credit back. The credit is only issued as part of an eligible package booked through NT Now or your preferred local licensed travel agent, and it's applied to the package itself rather than paid out against a flight you've arranged separately. To access the free flight credit, your flight needs to be booked as part of the full package alongside your accommodation, tour and attraction.
What exactly do I need to book to be eligible?
Your package must include all three of the following: -A minimum 2-night stay in Alice Springs -A guided tour that departs from Alice Springs - A local Alice Springs attraction All three need to be part of the one package, booked either directly through NT Now or through your preferred local licensed travel agent.
Can my package include Uluru?
Yes! You can absolutely build in time at Uluru as part of your holiday. The key requirement is that you fly into Alice Springs and travel onward from there overland (e.g. by tour or road trip), you can then either fly home from Alice Springs, or make your way back to Alice Springs to fly out. A pure fly-in/fly-out Uluru trip that bypasses Alice Springs won't meet the eligibility criteria.
How much is the flight credit worth?
You'll receive a credit equal to the lowest available inbound economy airfare into Alice Springs at the time of booking, up to a maximum of $750 per person. If your preferred flight is above the $750 or above lowest available inbound economy airfare then you will need to pay the difference.
Can I use any unused flight credit?
No unfortunately the campaign is only for a one way flight and can only be used on that flight only not towards the package holiday or any additional flights.
When do I need to book, and when can I travel?
Bookings must be made before 30 November 2026. Travel must take place between 1 August 2026 and 31 January 2027.
