No, to give you the absolute best value on our deals, we do not include flights in our NT Now holidays. However, our team of NT Now specialists are happy to book in the best airfares available at time of booking for you!
I want to travel outside of the dates advertised – can you organise that?
We can arrange travel to the NT any time of year however there may be surcharges depending on when you would like to travel. We would recommend emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your dates and what package you are interested in and one of our consultants can check availability and confirm any difference in prices for you.
I want to add a tour to my package – can you organise this for me?
We are happy to assist with extra touring in addition to your package. Please feel welcome to contact us on email@example.com with your requested dates and a consultant will be able to provide you with options for available touring during your requested travel period.
What do I need to check in to my hotel or tour?
When checking in to your hotel or embarking on a tour, we ask that you supply photo ID for the lead traveller on the booking in addition to a digital and/or a printed copy of your booking confirmation/voucher.
How do I redeem a restaurant, attraction or tour voucher?
Many of our exclusive NT Now holiday packages include meals at local restaurants, cafes and entry to local parks and attractions. To redeem, you will need to present your voucher at the venue. In relation to your tour vouchers, please ensure that you present these and pre-book your tour and time prior to arrival to ensure availability as per the instructions provided on your itinerary.
How can I find my NT Now booking confirmation number?
Your NT Now booking confirmation number is listed at the top of your confirmation email. It is your unique reference number for the package you have purchased and ensures that our partners can verify that your package is valid and can provide you with the service advertised.
There is something wrong at check in – what do I do?
Life is easy in the NT and most problems are easily resolved with our partners. In the first instance, please speak to hotel / touring / restaurant management who should be able to resolve the issue for you. If this is not the case then please call us on 1800 854 897 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
I have booked my NT Now holiday but I have to change the dates - what can I do?
Simply call us on 1800 854 897 or email us at email@example.com with your request and your new preferred dates. You can make one change to the date of your booking as long as it is not within 45 days before your original travel departure date. The change must be within the original advertised travel period and is subject to availability. A change fee of $50 per booking will apply for changes.
I've purchased a package and now I'm unable to travel. Can I get a refund?
If you are unable to travel on the dates you have booked, we can look at changing the date for you at a fee of $50 per booking, subject to availability. If you have changed your mind about travelling, unfortunately we can not offer a refund. At NT Now, we offer you the hottest deals to the NT and in order to do this, our packages are non-refundable. At time of booking, we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance, so if you are no longer able to travel due to health reasons, we are able to provide you with a letter of cancellation to assist in the claim process.
How do I pay for my holiday?
We accept Visa & Mastercard for payments made online.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
Just remember that our NT Now holiday deals are limited by availability, therefore being subscribed to our emails is a great way to make sure you don’t miss out on scoring yourself a cracking good deal!
