Itinerary

Day 1:

Welcome to the Red Centre! On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport, you’ll be transferred to your resort. This evening, experience the magical Field of Light Star Pass, where thousands of lights illuminate the desert landscape at sunset.

Day 2:

Start the day early with a sunrise over Uluru, enjoying tea, coffee and biscuits. Return to the resort for breakfast before heading back to Uluru for guided sacred site walks and a visit to the Cultural Centre. This afternoon is at leisure, you may choose to relax by the pool, join one of the resort’s complimentary Indigenous cultural activities, visit the Gallery of Central Australia, or take an optional Uluru sunset experience.

Day 3:

Travel to Kata Tjuta for sunrise with a picnic breakfast, followed by a guided walk through Walpa Gorge. Return to the resort mid-morning. Enjoy free time this afternoon to unwind or explore the resort before your evening experience. Tonight, enjoy the unforgettable Sounds of Silence dinner under the outback sky.

Day 4:

Depart the resort and journey through the outback towards Kings Canyon, with comfort stops along the way at Curtin Springs and Mt Conner Lookout (or similar). Enjoy an optional lunch stop before experiencing the Karrke Aboriginal cultural tour. Arrive at Kings Canyon Resort later in the day.

Day 5:

This morning, you may choose to join the Kings Canyon Rim Walk. Later, enjoy a guided Kings Creek Walk and return to the resort. In the afternoon, relax at the resort or consider an optional helicopter scenic flight over Kings Canyon. This evening, experience a self guided tour of the Light Towers by Night installation.

Day 6:

Transfer from Kings Canyon Resort to Ayers Rock Airport for your onward flight.
