The Great Northern Darwin Cup Carnival is the Territory's biggest social and sporting event, featuring all the colour, fashion, and excitement of thoroughbred racing in the Top End, culminating in the Great Northern Darwin Cup on Monday August 4, 2025.

Sightseeing in the NT’s capital city is easy with the Big Bus Darwin Hop on Hop off sightseeing tour which will allow you to customise your Darwin experience while also learning interesting facts via the entertaining audio commentary provided on the bus. Please note, if you choose the Fogg Dam option, an NT Parks Day Pass for the Fogg Dam Wetlands (KD-B) fare type is required and not included in the tour price, so we recommend purchasing it in advance.
